The Super Eagles went from Abidjan to Bouaké on Monday night without their star striker Victor Osimhen due to stomach trouble, according to The Nation.
Babafemi Raji, the team’s media officer, verified the incident and stated that he was under strict observation by the team medics, with a medical team member staying behind in Abidjan to accompany him.
Victor is likely to play in the game and will join his teammates in Bouake after being deemed healthy, according to sources in Abidjan.
