Gov Ododo Calls for Unity as Omala Stakeholders Pay Courtesy Visit
Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has called for enduring unity, love and peaceful coexistence as he received stakeholders from Omala Local Government Area on courtesy visit.
The Governor made the call today in Abuja where he reiterated that only mutual respect and substance of communal living amongst the various sections of Kogi State can partly guarantee a more inclusive and egalitarian Kogi State where everyone are equal stakeholders.
During the meeting, Governor Ododo stressed the importance of forward-thinking governance and advised the stakeholders to move away from regressive sentiments that might have been exhibited by some political actors during the pre-election period.
Alhaji Ododo further emphasized the need for the stakeholders to work in harmony and unity of purpose in order to bring all capable individuals on board to ensure a government that is inclusive of all members of society.
The Governor’s call for unity and inclusivity is seen as a positive step towards fostering cooperation and collaboration among different groups within Kogi State.
