HILLCREST NEWS UPDATE: AAUA Student Murdered in Her Room
Yesterday, a female student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, (AAUA), was found dead in her room.
Identified as Ifeoluwa Adekunle, the deceased who was a 300-level student of the Department of Economics was reported to live outside the campus where the unfortunate incidence occurred.
An eyewitness account had it that Ifeoluwa was attacked by her assailants while alone in her room, adding that the incidence has generated heightened apprehension amongst students of the school.
The Police Public Relations Officer in Ondo State, Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya, who confirmed the ugly incidence said a thorough investigation has began to unravel those behind the dastardly act.
